Here are the most common questions we get from clients before the first cleaning. If you don't see your question here – just call or text us.
Our manager asks a few quick questions and, if needed, we'll ask for photos or a short video of your place to understand the scope of work. Based on that we give you a quote before the visit. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment with us. After the job is done, the coordinator follows up with you by text or call to check the quality and go through any details, so we know you are happy with the service. We usually reply to new inquiries within about 1 hour on business days.
Membership is our recurring cleaning plan. You choose how often you want us to come – weekly, every two weeks or once a month – and get a better rate compared to one-time cleanings. Members also receive priority booking and discounts on deep cleaning or move-in / move-out services.
After the cleaning is finished we can give you a printed invoice or email it to you. You can pay by Cash on the spot or via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Credit Card. We do not accept checks.
If you are impressed with our cleaner's work, tipping is a great way to say thank you. 100% of the tip goes directly to the cleaners. You can give it in cash or we can add the amount to your final invoice.
For most homes we recommend a deep cleaning at least two to four times a year, depending on how busy the household is, if you have kids or pets and how often you do regular maintenance cleaning.
We generally suggest cleaning windows inside and outside thoroughly around four times per year. Regular washing prevents glass from getting stained and keeps more natural light coming into your home.
We truly love pets, but please let us know in advance who lives in your home. This helps us choose the right products and make sure the cleaners are prepared for dogs, cats or other animals on site.
